I am the coffee drinker here, and we have had a subscription for ground Ethiopian Organic for years. So I start my day with three cups every morning. I just like the flavor so much that i have only rarely been interested in trying another. This is always better than restaurant coffee, even Starbucks' offerings. But my taste buds may be aging, along with everything else, and earlier this year, i found myself wondering whether I really liked it as much as i used to, even wondering if there had been a change in the source, or processing or even (I don't believe this) some sort of blend. If there was ever a year likely to have supply problems, this was it. My conclusion is that at least some of this is due to my becoming sloppy making it, with scoops too full or water supply too short. I am also looking critically at my coffee maker. Over time, there are bound to be supply changes, and I like to think that Kalani has an experienced squad of tasters who know what to taste for to keep the quality high. Tell you what, I will mark this four stars just to say that, for the first time, improvement might be possible. But i am grateful for your product and not jumping ship. =Roger
